Q.When and where is the 2025 Annual Meeting?
A.The 77th AAN Annual Meeting will take place April 5-9, 2025, at the San Diego Convention Center (111 Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101) and online.
Q.What is the difference between Full Registration and Online Registration?
A.Both registration types include access to the Annual Meeting online platform over the conference dates and through May 7, 2025. (Adding On Demand to registration includes access to most session recordings through March 1, 2026.) Full registration is the only registration type that also includes access to the Annual Meeting in San Diego, including the exhibit hall, Annual Meeting Party, and more.
Q.What is the deadline to book my housing reservation through the AAN?
A.Thursday, March 6, 2025. However, we encourage you to book early, as availability is limited and hotels fill up quickly.
Q.How can I get information about event registration?
A.Registration for the event is handled by a different vendor. Please see the registration page of the event's website for further information or to log in to the registration system.
Q.If I cancel my registration for the Annual Meeting, do I need to cancel my hotel reservation as well?
A.If you cancel your registration or change to Online registration, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. The hotel reservation will not automatically be canceled when you change your registration.
Q.Is there a waiting list for sold out hotels?
A.No. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or place your name on any kind of waiting list.
Q.Which general services will be provided at the Annual Meeting in San Diego?

Rooms in five-star hotels are considerably bigger than those in lower ranked hotels. Even the most basic rooms in a five-star hotel are spacious and allow guests to experience luxury.
4 STAR HOTEL
$300 - $250
A hotels with four-star rating shares similar amenities as a three-star hotel, but it includes an additional restaurant and bar option, concierge, and a swimming pool, among others. 3 STAR HOTEL
$250 - $200
Hotels with a three-star rating have several room options, such as Deluxe, Suite, or Premier. Rooms may also be given varying names depending on the hotel’s preference.
